Patient Silence
I'm calling out to you, every second, every minute, every hour, and every day. Just to hear your voice, just to verify that you have not abandoned me. I'm calling out to you yet again, but there's no reply, every second, every minute, every hour, every day, there is nothing but silence. Your name rolls off my tongue and echoes in the room.
