Shed a light in the darkness
All alone in pitch darkness, naked and nowhere to run or hide, I fear for my life. Running around in circles as sweat and tears mix; I'm terrified and lonely. I long for that light to shed a stream of brilliance, my exit, I can only hope I live to see the day I get out of this hell, the only thing keeping me practically sane. I don't care how, just now, lead me to the light.
